After Raven – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

  • Final Sale:
    All purchases from After Raven are final sale, except if the product is defective or has a printing/manufacturing error.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a faulty product, wrong item, or there’s a print/manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order details.

  • Clearance/Sale Items:
    Items marked as clearance sale, limited-edition, or discount-exclusive are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window:
    Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition for Exchange:
    To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags attached

    • In its original packaging

  • Shipping for Exchange:
    Return shipping for exchanged items is the customer’s responsibility. A re-shipping fee may apply for sending the new size or item.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    Certain items (e.g., XXL sizes, sale/clearance products) are not eligible for exchange.

  • How to Request:
    Email us at afterravenofficial@gmail.com  with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for exchange. We’ll respond within 24 hours.


3. Refund Policy

  • Store Credit Only:
    Refunds are issued only as store credit and not refunded back to your original payment method.

  • Store Credit Validity:
    Store credit can be used for future purchases on After Raven.


4. Undelivered Order Policy

  • If your order fails to deliver after multiple attempts:

    • Prepaid Orders: You’ll receive store credit after deducting two-way shipping charges.

    • Partial COD Orders: No refund or credit will be issued; upfront charges cover costs.


5. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, wrong address, or non-collection, you may be responsible for pickup + re-shipping costs.

  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
